Your Responsibilities

As a commissioning engineer at Siemens Energy, you play a central role in ensuring the quality of Siemens Energy's deliveries to customers worldwide. The role involves work both in the workshop and at customer sites, encompassing the entire testing and commissioning process from preparation to final delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in and leading the commissioning of gas turbine packages in the workshop and at customer sites

• Ensuring that established timelines are followed

• Driving, coordinating, and leading the testing team

• Training and supporting colleagues during testing and commissioning

• Documenting work through checklists, protocols, and reports

Siemens Energy's testing operations are responsible for all testing of gas turbines and auxiliary equipment prior to delivery. The commissioning engineer is part of an experienced team that conducts workshop tests, test runs, and testing of complete deliveries, with a focus on safety, quality, and technical precision.

Your Profile

We are looking for an engineer with a focus on operations, energy, electrical power, machinery, or control and regulation technology, who has several years of experience in leadership. You have a practical background in commissioning or maintenance of larger machines, preferably turbines, and thrive in a role where technology and leadership go hand in hand.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

• Are structured, driven, and solution-oriented

• Are persistent, communicative, and appreciate collaboration

• Have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working with computer support

Knowledge of control and regulation technology, such as Siemens Simatic control systems, is an advantage.
